The staff were truly great. The people at the front desk, the drivers of the shuttles, the people working in the dining area, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and responsive. One morning I arrived in the lobby very early - before breakfast opened. I asked the man at the front desk for a coffee, and within 5 minutes, I was sharing a coffee with him in the bar area! It was a nice moment. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and on time. I don't speak Italian, and their English was limited, but we somehow made it work! Again, it's a testament to the staff as a whole. The beach associated with the hotel was run by a lovely group of people who always made me and my family feel welcome...whether it was a recommendation from the head chef for lunch, or getting tea for my wife, they were a joy to be around. This is one of the reasons we went to the beach constantly. The food was of high quality at the beach restaurant.
Because it was only available in the lobby, the internet should be provided for free. I would have eaten at the restaurant if the menu contained something more kid-friendly - the menu was a bit challenging even for adults, but I like that in a menu. My kids don't. I'm sure we would have spent several hundred Euro over our 7 day stay at the restaurant if there would have been a margherita pizza and pasta carbonara! Instead, we had to walk the treacherous street in order to get to the nearby restarants that were more geared towards full family dining. The breakfast was the same every day, in every detaill. Ham, salami, bread rolls, orange juice, cakes and coffee. My suggestion would be to mix it up a little bit - maybe add an egg dish or something.

Near the sea (250 metres)
A bit long from the city town. Just one taxi in the town.

Personal at the receiption is very kind and helpful. Meals was of a very good quality. Big swimming-pool. Bikes to rent for reasonable prices.
Room service was very bad, at least at our (2nd) floor. Also there were almost no refreshment of shower gel and toilet paper.

The pool is the best thing about the hotel, lovely to lie out in the sun and dip into the pool to relax when it gets too hot, beach is quite close, 200m walk.
Food not good, at wrong end of beach, 3km walk to town, you can walk into town by the beach though.

The location is good, the parking is huge.
Breakfast is too early; so many noises occur everywhere; forniture and facilities in room are old and outworn.

Friendly staff, great service, and clean rooms. the hotel is located close to the beach and offers a shuttle service. the breakfast had a good variety of options.
The hotel decor could use an update and the location is a bit far from the town center. the pool requires guests to wear caps, and they are not provided.
